Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
While we accept walk-in patients, we highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to minimize your wait time. You can use our online booking form or call our front desk.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your health insurance card (if applicable), a list of any current medications you are taking, and your filled-out New Patient Registration form.
Do you provide emergency services?
Yes, our Emergency Department operates 24/7. If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, please proceed directly to the hospital or call our ambulance helpline immediately.
How can I access my diagnostic lab reports?
Lab reports can be collected physically from our diagnostic desk. We also send a digital copy via WhatsApp or email once the reports are finalized by our pathologists.
